Thank you for your interest. We are excited to work with you! This is a great opportunity to serve. While the giving aspect of Providence in a Box (PIB) is simple, hosting a PIB campaign may become tedious. In hosting a PIB campaign you may soon learn that organization and planning are key.

In short once you agree to host a PIB campaign, PIB will provide you with a packet of information to help you get started as well as plastic tote boxes, approximately 18 gallons.

These are the basic steps:

• Get approval from your church or organization
• Contact PIB at PIB@ProvidenceWorldMinistries.org
• Organize a PIB committee assigning key roles examples: PIB coordinator, Box Coordinator, Funds Coordinator
• Inform your membership about your PIB campaign
• Distribute PIB boxes and information materials
• Collect filled boxes from your membership
• Load Shipping Container
• Donations are delivered to a PIB community
