Providence in a Box (PIB) seeks to share basic items with
communities in developing countries through the joint efforts and donations of churches and organizations while keeping the dignity of the recipients.

Essentially what we do is work with churches and organizations who host a Providence in a Box campaign. During this campaign PIB provides plastic tote boxes to a church or organization. These boxes are distributed to the congregation or group and each family takes a box home where the box is filled with new or gently used items. Once each family has filled the box they return the box back to their church or group. Thereafter, the church or group fills a shipment container with all of the donation boxes. Once the shipment container is filled the donations are sent to an international location where the items may be shared with orphans, widows and the local community.

Providence in a Box is a ministry of Providence World Ministries (PWM). At this time PIB donations go to PWM's orphanage campus in Honduras, Central America. Currently we are working to expand our donation base to include other countries in need.
