Phil Darke

President/CEO

Phil Darke, his wife, Becca, and their four children live in Folsom, CA. The Darkes are also is in the process of adopting a beautiful little girl from China, who they hopefully will bring home by 2011. Phil received his Juris Doctor Degree from Vanderbilt University, and his B.A. Degree in Rhetoric and Communications from U.C. Davis. In October 2008, Phil left his position as an attorney with Downey Brand LLP in Sacramento, CA to raise financial support for and begin working in his position as Director of Research & Development with PWM. Before his position at Downey Brand, he worked as an attorney in Atlanta, GA, and as a clerk for a federal judge in Honolulu, HI. Phil currently serves as the Director of Missions and Orphans Ministry at River Rock Church in Folsom.

Israel Holliday

International Director and Interim National Director

Israel Holliday has been a part of the PWM team for several years, most recently serving as a Board member since 2005. He and his wife Holly recently understood the Lord’s calling for them to move from their home in Brentwood, TN with their three young children and serve as full-time missionaries in Honduras. Israel has a degree in accounting and management from Lipscomb University. Israel worked for 4 years as a staff accountant of Doyle Miller and Associates and with HMI Corporation as part of the upper management team.
